When you arrive, please come on inside! We are no longer doing curb side services!

  • Please park on the left hand side of the building as this is closer to our front entrance
  • Once you have checked in with our reception team, they will have you take a seat in either the cat or dog side of the lobby
  • The nurse assisting your pet will take you and your pet to an exam room, get a weight and vitals on your pet
  • After this, a doctor will be brought into the exam room to do the physical examination and discuss any concerns with you
  • Any recommended diagnostics tests (i.e. blood work) and treatments are usually performed in one of our treatment rooms.
  • When the veterinary consultation and treatments are complete, you will be escorted to the front desk to charge out and make any follow up appointments ***PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING CASH, CHECK, OR CARE CREDIT TO AVOID A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE***
  • Depending on the reason for your visit, you may expect a follow-up call from one of our staff to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit. If you have any concerns, please let them know.

We will do our best to make sure your pet is brought into the examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but there will be times when there is an unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.
