Payment Policy

It is our policy to receive payment in full for professional services, medication and supplies at the time they are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, all major credit cards, and CareCredit. Estimates are only provided at the time of exam by the doctor. All of our estimates and prices are given in “cash price value.” We have a 3% credit card processing fee for all debit/credit card transactions. To avoid this fee, we accept cash, check, or care credit.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Martinez Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.
